As we approach the fullness of the holiday season ahead, it can feel overwhelming to find balance - move beyond the frenetic pace of over productivity and overcommitted responsibilities with self sustaining practices that reconnect you to ease and rest.
Winter is a yin season. Dark. Quiet. Deep. Reflective. Still. Winter can actually instill upon us the importance of connecting our own lives with the seasonality and cycles that occur around us.
The Deep Rest workshop is hosted by Nichole — an extended practice on Saturday, November 25th from 2-4pm, where we will weave together body, mind and breath practices, so we may carry stillness, reflection, and rest into the days ahead.
