Join us Friday, September 22nd from 6:30 to 9pm for EQUILIBRIUM: our autumn equinox inspired women’s circle.
Fall is a time of harvest, of acknowledging our growth, honouring what we have, and the duality of light and dark within and around us as we connect to this season of equal day and night. Together we will reconnect to balance and gratitude amidst change, creating inner space to go within and practice deeper listening.

What to expect?
During these soul nourishing evenings, we will come together for practices, discussion, sharing, ritual + yin yoga to calm + heal the nervous system. Participants will participate in guided meditation + cleansing breathwork to get centered. There will be the opportunity to reflect, hold space + engage in meaningful sharing in a supportive, non-judgmental environment; ritual to connect to the energy of the changing season; followed by a therapeutic and embodied yin yoga practice with essential oils for a relaxing sensory experience, to listen in, let go, + breathe deep. 

Details:

When — Friday, September 22nd 6:30-9pm. Early bird registration: save 10% when you register by September 10th, use code EARLY
 
Where — The workshop is an IN-PERSON event, held at SK Wellness in the newer north industrial area of Saskatoon, at #20-3902 Miller Avenue. 

Please bring — cozy layers, yoga mat + any props (I recommend a bolster or a soft blanket rolled up!), water bottle, a mug (tea provided), journal, pen (as well as any colored pens for this seasons ritual - I will have options for you as well), sacred objects (crystals, jewelry, any symbolic mementos you wish to place in our altar space to infuse with the energy of the evening). 

Due to the intimate nature of our evening, space is limited + will only be secured with payment in advance.
Please note that registration is non-refundable, but can be transferred to another participant to attend in your honor should you be unable to make it. 

Bracelet Sizing

For the most accurate sizing, measure your wrist snug with a measuring tape and add 1 inch in order to get your "bracelet size". This refers to the strung length of your bracelet (please note the beads take up the inner diameter, hence why I suggest adding an inch so it's not too tight). Ie: if your wrist measures 6", it is recomended you select the 7" bracelet.

Suggested Sizing:

- Womens Petite/Teens: 6.5"

- Womens Medium: 7" (*my most popular womens size)

- Womens Large/XL: 7.5"

- Mens Medium: 8" (*my most popular mens size)

- Kids (approx age 6-10 yrs): 6"

Care Instructions

GEMSTONES:

Gemstone pieces are considered  fine pieces of jewelry. Crystals and gemstones should be treated with care, avoid getting them wet or exposing to extreme heat or cold - this can damage the crystals and fade their coloring. Given their energetic properties, charge your crystals in the windowsill during the full moon, + most importantly, wear your piece with INTENTION!

METALS:

Stainless steel components + layering pieces are silver, gold or rose gold plated. These metals wear incredibly well, even when worn daily. In time, an antiquing effect known as patina may show its love and wear, and does not harm the piece of jewelry. Plated hematite spacers are used in gemstone jewelry. Certain ph levels in one’s skin may cause this natural patina effect to occur quicker in these accents but does not affect the crystals themselves.

SHIPPING:

All items are shipped from Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. If you are local and wish to pick up, please select local pick up at checkout. Orders are processed within approximately two business days. Orders under $65 are shipped lettermail, orders over $65 are shipped with tracking, and all orders over $150 are shipped for FREE, no coupon code needed.

RETURNS:

Given the energetic nature of the gemstones in our jewelry, returns and exchanges are not accepted. Should there be a problem with your order, it fails to meet your expectations or it arrives damaged, please reach out to us at zengemsyoga@gmail.com so we can come up with a reasonable solution.
